Subscribe to our professional management contract and we will market your apartment not only to our own clients but also to other local and international agencies so that your property gets the maximum exposure possible - and therefore maximum bookings.

Administrative Needs
We will take care of the essential daily administrative requirements relating to your apartment or villa:

Banking & Insurance
We are happy to help you open a French bank account if required. We will source insurance brokers for your holiday rentals coverage, for your home and contents insurance.

Regular Security Visits and Reports
We will make regular security visits to your apartment to check all is in order for your extra peace of mind.

Technical Problems
We will deal with any maintenance and service-related problems by phone: Should you ever have an internet or telephone problem etc EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will help resolve this

Key Holder
