Check-in procedures for Arrival in Cannes
Before your arrival:
Please contact the Office at the latest one week before arrival to let us know your expected time of arrival. Checkins are preferred during office hours, which are ...
- Monday to Friday between 08h30 and 18h00
- Saturday and Sunday by appointment only
For arrivals after 17h00 and before 8h30 and on Sunday a surcharge of €100 is to be paid upon arrival. (No surcharge for check-ins on Sundays during office hours for congress attendees)
Before taking possession of the rented villa/apartment the administrative details have to be taken care of in our office:

After having fulfilled the formalities we will accompany you to the property, please note that transportation to and from our office is the renter’s responsibility. We are not insured to take you in our personal vehicles.

Personalized welcome at the airport, transfer to our offices and from there directly to your apartment/villa. To be booked at our office at least 24 hrs before travelling,
Cost per transfer (Up to 3 people)
Nighttime (20h00 to 08h00) - € 160 TTC
Cost per transfer (4 - 8 People)
Daytime (08h00 to 20h00 hrs) - € 180 TTC
Nighttime (20h00 to 08h00) - € 200 TTC
Shuttle Bus to Cannes Downtown – then a taxi to our office & the property
A coach leaves from outside the Nice Airport terminal buildings (Both Terminal 1 & Terminal 2) every 30 minutes between approx. 9h00 and approx. 19h00.

From the bus-terminal take a taxi to our office, ask him to wait while checking-in and then the taxi will follow us to the rented property.
