Renting Your Property
You may have your own website to advertise your property and you may also have marketed your property via various holiday sites or agencies in Cannes and the UK so that you can get a maximum number of “direct” clients for your rental investment. To complement your work, we will also market your apartment through both of our companies www.everythingcannes.com & www.azur-online.com and a selection of international contacts to ensure that together we can obtain maximum rentals for your property.
In addition in 2006 Everything Cannes was awarded a Reed Midem contract, held by only one other real estate agency in France. Reed Midem is the event management company that organises five of the major events in Cannes. We therefore accommodate the majority of delegates attending these events. This means that our apartments are close to full occupancy which can of course only benefit you.
We understand that our owners do not wish to receive numerous phone calls per week from several different agencies trying to organise bookings, so we at EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will be the central contact point for all agencies as well as for your own personal clients if you so wish, thereby managing your apartment’s availability. We will hold your keys at all times so that your tenants or rental agencies can just pick them up and drop them off easily at our central Cannes agency.
We will co-ordinate the reservations for you to ensure that there are no double bookings and be on hand for any queries or problems which may arise.
At the beginning of every month we will provide a written report on the previous month’s and for the forthcoming month’s rentals including your income, costs and any client comments

My Everything Cannes
'My Everything Cannes’ is only available to those clients who have subscribed to our property management. You will be provided with your own password and user name so that you can log in to your own personal account on line. Your account will show a calendar of both past and future reservations.
You will be able to block off periods for your own personal use. You will be able to see your past rent rolls, indicating the amount of income that has been paid to you and the estimated amount of income that you will be receiving from future bookings. You will also find your monthly expense sheet indicating any items that have been bought for general maintenance of your apartment.
The yearly preventative maintenance report, plan and action will also be available for you to review along with any other property inspections carried out. You will also be able to post and receive messages via our intranet system
