Regular Security Visits and Support
EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will perform a security visit at least once per month to ensure that all your services are in full working order. Should you have an alarm we will test it during this visit. In the unlikely event of a security breach we will organise repairs and emergency security measures.
Although, if instructed, we will organise for your bills to be paid by direct debit and ensure that your invoices are sent to your home address, it is inevitable that some post will be sent to your French property. We will therefore collect your post regularly and with your permission open any administrative mail and deal with it as we see fit. We will keep this in a folder for your inspection and alert you to anything that we deem to be of an urgent nature.
We will send you a yearly Preventative Maintenance plan. These reports will cover any measures we might advise to improve security in your property.
We will ensure that a list of emergency numbers is in your apartment at all times.
Administrative Needs
We will take care of some of the essential daily administrative requirements relating to your apartment or villa:
This will include setting up Direct Debits or making direct payments for:
- Electricity & Gas (meter readings)
- Water (organising meter readings also)
- Satellite/cable TV (we can also organise the installation of satellite TV where appropriate)
- Syndicate charges
- Telephone & Internet bills
We will provide help with understanding important French mail relating to the apartment. We will also translate documents at an hourly rate.
