Everything Cannes Management also offers an ‘A La Carte’ service for interested parties who are not subscribed to our property management system. Clients must register as an Everything Cannes client and sign a project sign off form or contract for each service provided. These services are competitively priced at current market hourly rate or on a fixed rate basis.

Direct Client Leasing

We will offer our full service, meet & greet, cleaning, contracts, emergency contact, bed linen & towels & check outs to your direct clients during non events. |
Security Deposits |
We will deal with issues related to theft or damage to your property when believed to of been caused by a tenant. |
Pre-rental Property Inspections |
We will verify that your property is in good order before an Everything Cannes/Azur Online client arrives |
Inventory |
We will perform a full and thorough Inventory of your apartment at a reduced rate. |
Emergencies Contact Line |
We will have a 24 hour emergency contact line available for problems of a very serious nature. |
Emergency Call Outs |
We will have staff available for emergency call outs who will oversee emergency work. |
Approved Budget |
With your permission we will pay for minor purchases and repair work that is less than 100€ per month to be reimbursed by you the following month |
Expense Sheet |
We will provide you with a monthly expense sheet with the expensed accrued from the approved budget and management fees |
Personalized Online Calendar |
You will be given a client log in to our Web Site where you can keep track on all the rentals and block periods off for personal use |
Payment on line |
Customers will be able to reserve and pay for your apartment rental on line. Increasing your occupancy rates. |
Monthly Rent Rolls
|
A monthly rent roll will be sent to you showing the previous month rentals, updated future reservations and reservations pending. This will also be available on line. |
Property Inspections followed by Preventative Maintenance Plan |
Each year a preventative maintenance plan will be drawn up. Listing any foreseeable problems. Every quarter a thorough property inspection will be carried out |
Monthly Property Inspections |
Each month we will send a member of staff to your property to verify that all is in good order and notify you of any problems. At the same time you mail box will be checked |
Renovation Projects & purchases

We will outsource a project manager to deal with any renovation works, this project manager will be in direct contact with you. We will oversee any purchases you may wish to make. |
Minor repair works & renovation projects |
We will manage any minor repair works, with your consent. |
Furniture Delivery |
We will send a member of staff to wait for furniture delivery that you may have organized |
Bank account, Insurance & Utilities |
We will assist in the opening of a bank account, in finding property insurance and the setting up of accounts for water, gas & electricity. We will also make sure your name is on the letter box. |
Installation of Other Services |
We will assist in the setting up of additional services such as the internet & satellite |
Understanding administrative documents |
We will help you in the understanding of administrative documents. |
Translation of documents |
We will translate your related documents |
Accounts & Taxes & Legal |
We will help source accountants, Notaires, financial advisors and Lawyers for you. |

My Everything Cannes
'My Everything Cannes’ is only available to those clients who have subscribed to our property management. You will be provided with your own password and user name so that you can log in to your own personal account on line. Your account will show a calendar of both past and future reservations.
You will be able to block off periods for your own personal use. You will be able to see your past rent rolls, indicating the amount of income that has been paid to you and the estimated amount of income that you will be receiving from future bookings. You will also find your monthly expense sheet indicating any items that have been bought for general maintenance of your apartment.
The yearly preventative maintenance report, plan and action will also be available for you to review along with any other property inspections carried out. You will also be able to post and receive messages via our intranet system
