This little studio, right in the center of town, is quite ideal for both holidays and congresses.
Just behind the Martinez Hotel, off the rue d'Antibes; this studio is only a 15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals, and also within a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and the famous Croisette.
It is in a very well kept and secure building, in a residential area of Cannes.
The main room is spacious, and has a nice terrace from which you can see gardens etc, ... there is therefore no road noises.
The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living/sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed.
