Le Jardin Florian is the prefect city apartment for those that would like to be in the heart of it all. It sits directly on the Rue Antibes, only a few hundred metres from the beach and is only a 5 minute walk from the ‘palais’ you therefore could not be in a better location!
It is a side apartment, looking over a back street so it is very quiet for the city centre. The apartment itself is also something to be seen. Located in a brand new building that has only just been completed so everything is in pristine condition.
The apartment is contemporary in style with beautiful furnishings. It comprises of; n entrance hall, a WC, a lounge/dining area that opens onto a balcony, with a sofa bed that sleeps a further two people, dining table and 6 chairs, TV & DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe and one bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, there is a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The entire apartment has reversible air-conditioning and a video phone system. It is on the 3rd floor with access to a lift. There is also a garage and a resident concierge. We definitely give this one our full star rating.
